What an exciting moment! After weeks of waiting, your dress has arrived and your wedding is just around the corner. We'll slip into your dream dress together, and you'll see yourself in YOUR dress for the very first time—goosebumps guaranteed! <3 We'd also be happy to help you choose accessories, a veil, and jewelry to complete your bridal look. If needed, we'll take measurements and discuss any alterations you might require, which you can have done by us or your trusted tailor. For your personal bridal gown fitting, we reserve our store exclusively for you and your guest – so you can enjoy this special moment in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. To book your "THE LOVEGLOW EXPERIENCE" appointment, we require a consultation deposit of €50, which secures your coveted fitting appointment and already includes our pampering package: - 2.5 hours of unlimited dresses in the store reserved exclusively for you – it's all about you - 1 bottle of Prosecco - Homemade popcorn and macarons If you decide on your dream dress (€1,000 or more) on the day of your first fitting, the consultation deposit will be fully credited to you. Please understand that the deposit is non-refundable if you decide to purchase the dress later. However, we are confident that you will have enjoyed your own personal, undisturbed bridal experience in our store. Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you can do so free of charge up to 72 hours in advance. Unfortunately, we cannot refund the consultation fee in the event of a later cancellation or postponement.
